💰 Pricing

  • €950 for 6-hour event coordination up to 30 guests
  • €1.150 for 6-hour event coordination up to 50 guests
  • €1.550 for 6-hour event coordination up to 100 guests
  • €1.750 for 6-hour event coordination up to 150 guests
  • Starting at €1.950 for 6-hour event coordination 150+ guests

Events located more than 30 minutes from Barcelona center will incur an additional fee.

Coordination is available until 22:00. From 22:00 to 00:00, there is an extra charge of €75 per hour.
