  • One site visit of the venue (30 minutes from Barcelona, if further there is an extra charge)
  • Full coordination on the event day (6 hours), ensuring everything stays on track

Please note, while we handle the coordination, no reservations for venues, catering, or other suppliers are included. 💰 Pricing
  • €850 for 6-hour event coordination up to 30 guests
  • €1.050 for 6-hour event coordination up to 50 guests
  • €1.450 for 6-hour event coordination up to 100 guests
  • €1.650 for 6-hour event coordination up to 150 guests
  • Starting at €1.850 for 6-hour event coordination 150+ guests

Events located more than 30 minutes from Barcelona center will incur an additional fee.

Coordination is available until 22:00. From 22:00 to 00:00, there is an extra charge of €75 per hour.

For events extending past 00:00, please contact us for pricing.
