      Cancellation Policy

      Cancellation Policy

      At Straws 'n Berries, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we can continue to provide excellent service. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

      1. Cancellation Requests

      • All cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@strawsnberries.com. The cancellation is only considered confirmed once you receive a reply from us.

      2. Cancellation Fees

      • More than 14 days before the event: You will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
      • 7–14 days before the event: A 50% refund will be provided.
      • Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued as significant planning and preparation will have already taken place.

      3. Rescheduling Policy

      • You may reschedule your event at no additional cost if the request is made more than 14 days prior to your event date, subject to availability.
      • For any rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the event, please reach out to us to confirm the change.

      4. Weather Policy

      • In the event of rain or severe weather conditions, you may reschedule your outdoor event without any additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If possible, we will also make an effort to find an optional indoor location to accommodate your event.
      • If rescheduling is not feasible, we offer a refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event. (Please note that the refund will not include the cost of cakes or flowers, as it is sourced from an external provider but you will be able to pick it up.)
      • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event due to weather conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

      5. No-Show Policy

      • If the client fails to show up at the event without prior notification, no refund will be issued.

      6. Force Majeure

      • If Straws 'n Berries is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
